I offer several therapeutic approaches, but they all have one thing in common. They are respectful, and treat you as an intelligent, skilled problem solver. You may be dealing with something more difficult than you have faced before. You may have tried everything you can think of, and run out of ideas. But you have solved problems before, and with a little support, you can do it again.
So, I offer an empathetic listening ear. I am happy to simply consult and coach. Or, we can try Solution-based therapy, CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural therapy), Narrative or Existential therapy. If you prefer a more artistic approach, we can use art, or photos to enrich our work together.
